United States Capitol Building - Public tours suspended .
White House - Tours temporarily suspended.
Library of Congress - Closed to the public. Tours are also cancelled during that time.
Kennedy Center - Closed to the public.
State Department - Tours suspended.
FBI Experience - Closed indefinitely.
Bureau of Engraving and Printing - All tours suspended indefinitely

 

Smithsonian Institutions:

Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center (Virginia):

  • Open daily 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

National Museum of African American History and Culture:

  • Open Wednesday to Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Smithsonian American Art Museum and the National Portrait Gallery (both located at Eighth and G streets N.W.)­:

  • Open Wednesday to Sunday 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Visitors will use the G Street entrance.

Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian American Art Museum (near the White House):

  • Open Wednesday to Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

National Museum of American History:

  • Open Friday to Tuesday 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

National Museum of the American Indian:

  • Open Wednesday to Sunday 11:00 a.m.­ to 4:00 p.m.

National Zoo:

  • Open daily 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum:

  • Reopening June 10th, Thursday through Monday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

National Museum of Natural History:

  • Reopening June 18th, Wednesday through Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

National Museum of African Art:

  • Reopening July 16th, Wednesday through Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

National Air and Space Museum:

  • Reopening July 30th, Thursday through Monday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Smithsonian Institution Building (Castle):

  • Reopening July 30th, open daily 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Hirshhorn Museum:

  • Reopening August 20th, Wednesday to Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

National Postal Museum:

  • Reopening August 27th, Friday to Tuesday 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No time-entry passes required.

You can submit self-schedule tour request to the following locations:

  • Request a tour through my office by clicking here only if you want to book a tour through my office.
  • If you submit a tour request through our website, you will hear back from our office within one business day
  • Due to the large number of visitors, please request them as early as possible in order to maximize your chances.
  • All tickets are provided to constituents on a first-come, first-served basis.

Request a U.S. Flag

If you would like to place a flag order, please use the online form available here.

You may pay for your flag via check or credit card. If you pay with a check, you will print the completed order form and mail both items to our Washington, D.C. office. 

If you submit a flag request through our website, you will hear back from our office within one business day.

Please note that if you pay with a check, processing may take approximately one to two weeks longer.
