The DeSaulnier Digest: 2025 CA-10 Wrapped
Happy New Year!
As I reflect on the past year, I am proud of the work our team has done and look forward to connecting with even more constituents in 2026. From Business, Education, and Health Care Listening Tours across CA-10 to speeches on the House Floor and in committee, this has been one of our most productive years when it comes to community outreach and congressional oversight. In fact, our office broke our own record, hosting 23 virtual and in-person town halls during 2025. Stay tuned to this newsletter and our social media for announcements on upcoming town halls, and for more data on Team DeSaulnier's year, check out this special edition of our Digest for a year in review.
This week, I head back to Washington, D.C. to begin the 2026 legislative year. Already, President Trump has violated international law in Venezuela. The rule of law is a bedrock of our democracy, but this President and this Administration have little regard for it domestically or internationally. In 2026, one of my biggest priorities will be continuing to hold the President and his Administration accountable for their illegal actions.
I will keep you updated on my efforts through this weekly newsletter and through our social media posts on Facebook, X, Bluesky, and Instagram. Please reach out to our Washington, D.C., Walnut Creek, and Antioch offices if we can be of assistance to you.
Thank you for your continued civic engagement.

Sincerely,
Mark DeSaulnier
Member of Congress
