Congressman DeSaulnier recently presented a Congressional Record to Deputy Health Director Randy Sawyer and County Health Officer Dr. Chris Farnitano as they retire from Contra Costa Health Services after over 30 years of public service. Mark had the pleasure of celebrating their retirement at John Muir National Historic Site last Wednesday and recognizing their many years of dedicated service in our county.
