The DeSaulnier Digest: District Work Period Recap
After five fulfilling weeks of connecting with constituents during the August District Work Period, I returned to Capitol Hill today. Throughout my weeks in the East Bay, I met with small business owners, spoke with first responders, visited local nonprofits, delivered federal funding checks for important projects in our district, and connected with countless constituents across our community. I am bringing the feedback I have heard from constituents - about the high cost of living and healthcare, opposition to Trump's war in Iran, concerns over tariffs, and more - with me to the U.S. Capitol and I will continue to work to make your voices heard.

Sincerely,
Mark DeSaulnier
Member of Congress
