Mark Tours Center for Elders' Independence PACE Facility in Concord
Congressman DeSaulnier visited the Center for Elders' Independence PACE Concord facility which offers comprehensive medical care and social services for seniors. In addition to enjoying the creative Halloween costumes of staff and clients, Mark toured the center and discussed how cuts to Medicaid and SNAP would harm the seniors they serve.

Congressman DeSaulnier Holds Mobile District Office Hours
Mark met with constituents last week at the Danville Community Center for Mobile District Office Hours to discuss the federal issues of importance to them. This month's meetings included discussing wait times at the VA Hospital, the need for additional humanitarian aid in Gaza, and Congressman DeSaulnier's rare disease awareness efforts.

Congressman DeSaulnier Speaks with Building Trades Union Members about Infrastructure Projects
During the ongoing government shutdown, the Trump Administration has frozen at least $11 billion in funding for infrastructure projects across the country. At a recent Transportation & Infrastructure Committee roundtable, Mark spoke with members of building trades unions about how freezing or canceling infrastructure projects would harm workers. Congressman DeSaulnier opposes politically motivated attacks on infrastructure projects and has urged the Administration to reverse these funding freezes.
