The DeSaulnier Digest: Recapping District Work Period
Today marks the official end of District Work Period as I return to Capitol Hill to begin another legislative session. During the weeks I was home, I hosted 4 town halls, attended 23 events around CA-10, and connected with countless members of our community on the issues that matter most to them. I am grateful to have had this time at home to share updates on the work House Democrats are doing to hold the Trump Administration accountable and support the American people.
In the next few weeks, Congress will be focused on passing government funding bills before the shutdown deadline at the end of this month. As always, I will keep you updated on the latest and about my upcoming town halls both in this newsletter and through social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, X, and Bluesky.

Sincerely,
Mark DeSaulnier
Member of Congress
