U.S. Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh joined Congressman DeSaulnier for discussions with union members, workers, and community leaders about the role of Contra Costa's workforce in fueling California's future and the Administration's historic investments through the bipartisan infrastructure bill and the Build Back Better agenda.
