CA-10 Celebrates San Ramon Eagle Scouts
Our office joined Troop 834 of San Ramon for the Eagle Scout Court of Honor last week. It was a pleasure to recognize Preston, Darren, and Kian for their dedication to our community and to congratulate them on receiving the rank of Eagle Scout.
Mark Celebrates La Concordia's 3rd Anniversary
Congressman DeSaulnier joined La Concordia Wellness Center of Concord to celebrate their 3rd anniversary. DeSaulnier gave remarks to staff and community members about the importance of accessible, culturally competent mental health services and breaking down the stigma around mental health.

Congressman DeSaulnier Authors Bill to Improve School Meals
Studies have shown that eating well helps students concentrate and learn better in school. To help ensure schools are able to provide the best options, Congressman DeSaulnier authored the bipartisan School Food Modernization Act (H.R. 4483), which would provide grants and loans to schools to replace outdated kitchen equipment so they're able to make healthier, fresher food.
DeSaulnier Introduces Bill to Support Students with Disabilities
Through his Education Listening Tour and in his work on the House Committee on Education and the Workforce, Congressman DeSaulnier has been a strong supporter of students with disabilities. As part of that effort, Mark authored the Protection & Advocacy for Student Success Act (H.R. 4481) to support a national network of legal advocates for students with disabilities to ensure they get the resources they need and deserve to thrive in the classroom.
