UPCOMING MOBILE DISTRICT OFFICE HOURS
Congressman DeSaulnier is pleased to announce he will once again be hosting virtual mobile district office hours, an opportunity for you to meet with him one-on-one, on Thursday, May 5th from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Appointments are first-come, first served and you can RSVP to discuss the issues that are important to you by emailing CA11.RSVP@mail.house.gov. Our office can also assist with IRS and other federal issues.

Congressman DeSaulnier Visits UC Berkeley
This past week, Congressman DeSaulnier had the opportunity to visit UC Berkeley and meet with students & Dean Wilson of the Goldman School of Public Policy as well as Dean Ackerly of Berkeley Rausser College of Natural Resources. In addition, he spent time with Former Secretary of Homeland Security & current Professor of Public Policy and Director of the new Center for Security in Politics, Janet Napolitano as well as the Chancellor of the University, Carol Christ before attending the 2022 Barbara Boxer Lecture, an annual event focused on women's leadership, featuring former U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer and U.S. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, who discussed what we can all do to help preserve American democracy.

Joe Barratt was a kind-hearted young man and talented musician whose life was tragically cut short in a hit-and-run accident. Last week, Congressman DeSaulnier had the honor to join Joe's family in celebrating his life and selfless decision to be an organ donor, which saved four lives.
