Walnut Creek, CA – Today, Congressman Mark DeSaulnier (CA-11) announced that he is hosting the 2022 Congressional Art Competition. High school artists living in California's 11th Congressional District may begin virtually submitting original artwork to Congressman DeSaulnier's office from now until Friday, April 22, 2022.
