Congressman DeSaulnier Announces Next Stop On His Education Listening Tour

Walnut Creek, CA – Congressman Mark DeSaulnier (CA-11) announced he will be marking the 12^th stop on his Education Listening Tour at Canyon Elementary School this Tuesday, May 3^rd. Last year, DeSaulnier, who serves on the House Education and the Workforce Committee, launched the tour to discuss our education system and to hear firsthand from students, parents, educators, and school administrators. Congressman DeSaulnier is visiting every school district in his Congressional district.

“As a member of the Education and Workforce Committee, it is important for me to hear firsthand from students and teachers in our community about the challenges they face in the classroom. Discussions like these are the foundation of innovative policy solutions that will benefit families across California and the nation,” said Congressman DeSaulnier.
