Congressman DeSaulnier to Host Virtual Town Hall on Education with Special Guest Chairman of the U.S. House Education and Labor Committee Bobby Scott

Walnut Creek, CA – Today, Representative Mark DeSaulnier (CA-11) announced he will host a virtual town hall on Thursday, April 28^th at 4:00 p.m. PT on Democrats' education priorities this Congress. He will be joined by special guest, Chairman of the U.S. House Committee on Education and Labor, Representative Robert C. "Bobby" Scott (VA-03). The event will be held on Zoom and will be streamed live on Representative DeSaulnier's Facebook page (facebook.com/repmarkdesaulnier).

Representatives DeSaulnier and Scott will provide an update on their shared efforts to support students and teachers in the return to the classroom, expand access to higher education, address disparities in our education system, and more.
