Congressman DeSaulnier to Host Virtual Town Hall on Improving Commutes to Improve Lives

Walnut Creek, CA – Congressman Mark DeSaulnier (CA-11) will host a virtual town hall Thursday, April 14th at 10:30 a.m. PT on improving the commutes of workers in the Bay Area and across the country. He will be joined by special guests Tim Haile, Executive Director of Contra Costa Transportation Authority and University of California, Berkeley Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Susan Shaheen who will provide their expertise on how we can reduce traffic, improve quality of life, and decrease our impact on the environment by investing in infrastructure improvements and promoting telecommuting.

The event will be held on Zoom and will be streamed live on Representative DeSaulnier's Facebook page (facebook.com/repmarkdesaulnier).
