Congressman Mark DeSaulnier Presents Funding for Community-Based Elder Care
Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressman Mark DeSaulnier (CA-10) announced he will present funding he secured for Choice in Aging to support its work increasing access to community-based alternatives to nursing homes on Thursday, March 16th. This funding was part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (H.R. 2617), which included a total of $21.7 million in federal funding Congressman DeSaulnier secured for 15 projects across Contra Costa County.
