Representatives DeSaulnier and Lee to Host Virtual Town Hall on Protecting the Right to Vote
Walnut Creek, CA – Today, Representatives Mark DeSaulnier (CA-11) and Barbara Lee (CA-13) announced they will host a virtual town hall on Thursday, January 27th at 7:15 p.m. PT to discuss Congressional Democrats' work to protect the right to vote in the face of Republican attacks on voting rights across the country. The event will be held on Zoom and will be streamed live on Representative DeSaulnier's Facebook page (facebook.com/repmarkdesaulnier).
Representatives DeSaulnier and Lee will provide an update on the latest efforts led by Democrats in Congress to ensure every American's voice is heard at the ballot box and what comes next. Event participants will have the opportunity to submit questions before the event and live during the town hall.
