Washington, D.C. – Congressman Mark DeSaulnier announced his office is accepting submissions for the 2016 Congressional Art Competition. Eligible high school students may submit their original artwork through April 25, 2016. The competition is a juried art show open to all high school students who are residents of the Eleventh Congressional District of California.
