As we enter this election year, many of you may have questions about ballots, voting locations, and more. To answer those questions, I'm hosting a town hall on Voting in Contra Costa thisFriday, February 18^th at 12:00 p.m.

Throughout February, we celebrate Black History Month by recognizing the contributions of the African American community to our society, culture, and collective history. I am proud every month to represent and be a part of as diverse a community as Contra Costa.

As voting rights come under attack across the country, Congresswoman Barbara Lee and I held a town hall to discuss Democrats' efforts to protect the right of every American to make their voice heard at the ballot box.
