When I came to Congress and until 2022, I was proud to represent the Rosie the Riveter WWII Home Front National Historic Park in Richmond and during that time I led efforts to recognize the impact Rosies had both on the home front effort during World War II and on advancing the role of women in the workforce. For the past two weeks, with the House in a District Work Period, I’ve had the opportunity to be out in our community, hearing directly from constituents at a town hall, on our Education Listening Tour, and in other meetings. I am excited to bring your perspectives back to Washington this week as House Democrats continue our efforts to support families and working Americans. Thank you to everyone who engaged with our office this week. Hearing from you is the most important part of my job!

Sincerely,

Mark DeSaulnier
Member of Congress
